How does one change an already approved FAQ?

I looked through the Guidelines (honest!) and I *think* I
know what I need to do - I'd appreciate if anyone with
experience can confirm my guess.

The changes I plan to make involve adding several new
newsgroups to the distribution list and changing the number
of parts of the FAQ from three to five. Apparently what I'm
supposed to do is post it with the changes and without the
"Approved:" line, just like it is a brand new FAQ appealing
for approval from the news.answers moderators. Is this right?
Shouldn't there be *someplace* that I indicate that this is
a change to an existing FAQ? Or is there a different address
where it should be submitted so it doesn't have to go into
the long long long approval queue?
