In many cases, I'd think it makes a lot of sense for a FAQ to
extoll the virtues of its subject matter. Every FAQ must answer the
question "what is foobar?", but many need also answer the inevitable
followup, "what can foobar do for me?"
And since an equal or greater number of FAQs are likely to also
explain the /problems/ with foobar (and how to get around 'em), I see no
problem with this. *grin*
