'Design' is an interesting interpretation of 'use'.

Brian, would you mind telling us what the scope of your class is? When
discussing the world-wide web, say, does the class stop at what-buttons-
you-click-on-in-the-browser-to-make-it-work or does it go as far as the
design problems - say security issues you need to consider when
writing your own http server?
