Well, if anybody reading this now plans to create a FAQ on stupid
terms that people use to describe the 'net, here's a good quote:

"Use the word 'cybernetics,' Norbert, because nobody knows what
it means. This will always put you at an advantage in arguments."

That letter, and Weiner's resulting book, are what started it all.
