Nancy,
No doubt your guide will have information people need. So why not
(a) put "frequently" in the subject line, then a disclaimer in the
beginning, saying briefly that here are the answers and people can make
up their questions as they go along or (b) slide a very general
question-form sub-head into the text every now and then.
