I strongly agree with Edward Reid's (ed@titipu.resun.com) praise for the
OSU WWW FAQ server. I've converted my FAQ into a fair approximation of
usenet digest format, and I find that the presentation done by OSU, making
all my references to FTP archives into hot links and dividing the document
up into parts is very nice.

In fact, it's so nice that when I find I have to look something up in my own
FAQ, I frequently find myself using mosaic to do it instead of using a
text editor on the files in my own local directories.

So, folks, please seriously consider adopting some reasonable subset of
the usenet digest format for your FAQ's. The results are worth it.
