I decided a couple of weeks ago to convert my FAQs to use URLs.
Except for addresses. I still like using the RFC 822 format
<user@host>. There are thus "official" ways of representing
addresses already--are there for telnet, ftp, and so on? I think
not. That's why URLs fit the bill with these.
