What is the best URL-format for the FAQs?

1. Do I refer to the FAQ by its news.answers-name or by the name it has in
its home-newsgroup(s)?

2. What about multi-part FAQs - do I use asterisks (*) ?

3. What is the best way to format >75 char long URLs - do I break the line
somewhere?
