1. Where can one get (via ftp preferrably) the FAQ-to-HTML converter?
2. How can a site that has a FAQ on its WWW homepage get the newest
version of the FAQ automatically?
3. I know someone who is composing a new FAQ, and will soon post it
to rec.games.board. He plans to simply post it there, not to
news.answers or rec.answers. Is this acceptable? How can I,
or should I convince him to go through the guidelines document
so he can post his FAQ like the rest of us?
