I just put a tar archive of the SGI FAQs in
proton.chem.yale.edu:/exchange/sgi-faq.tar.gz. Somewhere inside it is the
script, 'make_faq', which makes our table of contents and so on. There are
more scripts and a smidgen of docs, as well as the FAQs themselves.

As I said earlier, we rely on Tom Fine's server.
