What's the subject matter of this one? Why does it *rely*
on crossreferences that cannot be translated to flat text?
A lot of people feel that constructing a hypertext document
this way violates the hypertext paradigm: to augment plain
text rather than replacing it entirely. Most style guides
I've seen strongly recommend that you write a hypertext
document to be at least comprehensible when translated to
flat text; it sounds like your FAQ wouldn't be.
