You probably shouldn't get legal advice from us, but rather from an
attorney. It would be interesting to hear personal experiences,
nonetheless.

The question you must ask yourself, is: is it worth it? I was about
to ask this list this very question--how much is it worth to you to
have your FAQ published in a magazine or CD-ROM? Has anyone worked
out any royalties, or is a "complementary copy" the going rate?

In your case, Paola, it may be as simple as notifying the publisher
of their mistake, having them state a correction in the next issue,
and send you a complementary subscription/issue.
