Has the news.answers team all gone on vacation?

5 weeks ago I set about trying to get my mailfaq split. It took
about a week for a message to news.answers requesting the split
and providing the subject to respond with the information I
needed (archive names). At which point I was told to submit
the broken-up parts for reapproval (why? Didn't need to do that
last time I split a FAQ). It's been almost a month and I've not
heard anything. I sent a query in about a week ago, and not heard
anything from that either.

Anybody got any ideas?
