If you really wanted to do the right thing, you'd summarize the FAQs
clearly and write understandable pointers to the FAQ's location on the
iNet. This would allow you to spend some time explaining in understandable
english, how one goes about getting on the net and reading all these FAQs
for free. You could probably cut the books size by 3/4s, save a forest of
trees and likely charge near the same price (little or no profit loss).

The nature of faqs is FLUX. anything beyond trying to help somebody find
where that faq is now and/or how to find the FAQ that is right for them,
is just a waste of resources. As it stands now, the iNet could quadruple
in size and not show any significat bandwidth problems, so get those
people onto the net. Do it.
