I am rather concerned by this attempt to publish the FAQs.
As I see it, Daniel Zwillinger and Mark Friedman have decided to
make money based on the work of a lot of other people. I have a
lot of problems authorizing someone to make money from my work,
when I myself do the work voluntarily.

I don't have a problem with the information being as widely available
as possible. In fact I do like to see my name in print, and I'm sure
that it is part of the reason that people contributed to the FAQ in
the first place.

I would almost accept the payment of having the FAQ converted to HTML,
which would benefit the whole net, except that I'll need evidence that
this will be a more thorough conversion than Thomas Fine has already
done (voluntarily).
