In January I sent a similar kind of enquiry to Mark Moraes and some of
the other posters to n.a.nu.

I think it is very important that this stuff should be posted to
n.a.nu, and despite the issue regularly surfacing in various places it
still isn't happening.

Perhaps someone should start posting the versions in the rtfm.mit.edu
archive, pending updated versions from Mark ?
