The purpose of 'faq' is to get the FAQ for a newsgroup, if one can be found.
Searching is done in foo.answers, news.answers, the newsgroup itself, and
rtfm.mit.edu, in that order. Results are cached. You need a filesystem
capable of long (>14 chars) filenames.

There's no Makefile, because everything is too simple. Compile 'contains.c'
with your favorite C compiler and put 'contains' and 'faq' where you like to
put such things, on most people's search path. /usr/local/bin is usually
a win.
