I am working on an FAQ that has not been submitted yet, and I also have my
own unique .HTML version that takes advantage of HTML's features.

I remember there was some discussion here about where to put the URL in the
headers, something like "X-HTML: http://site.domain/dir/file.html".

However, scan through my archives, I can't find what was decided.

Part of the purpose of having an X-HTML header would be to allow the
auto-HTML FAQ creator tool to use the real .HTML file rather than the
created it creates from the text version.
