Well, they had a mixup it seems, and informed me ncely that they don't
publish anything without permission, so it was a fluke. I believe it,
when you're working with that much stuff transmitted every month, it's
bound to happen.
And I'm getting a copy of the issue.

All in all, a very gratifying experience.
Thanks to all who offered help in tracking a copy down.
