Legality of using trademarks in a FAQ?

What are the laws regarding use of trademarked/copyrighted logos? Say I
had a FAQ about something to do with Apple computers, and wanted to add a
representation (ascii, of course) of their apple-with-a-bite-out-of-it to
my FAQ. Would this violate any laws? (assuming I inlcuded something to
the effect that it was a trademark/copright of Apple Computer, etc)
