If your FAQ is in digest format, it has already been converted to HTML.
I automatically store all FAQs from news.answers in HTML. The top of
the FAQs is:

http://www.cis.ohio-state.edu:80/hypertext/faq/usenet/FAQ-List.html

Those in digest format get split into sub-documents based on the
Subject lines in the digest. Lot's of links are created automatcially.

The software is cumbersome and not for casual use. Maybe someday I'll
clean it up, but it doesn't seem likely to happen soon.
