Is there a FAQ to HTML converter?

Is there script or program that takes a FAQ in some sort of standard
format and converts it into HTML so that you can move from the index
to the questions using a WWW browser like Mosaic?

I'd like to provide my FAQ in HTML format, but I don't want to do it
manually for obvious reasons. I guess I could keep it in HTML and then
use a script to strip out the HTML for posting purposes.

Any ideas?
