I had not planned to post any followups; I was just stating my outlook;
my $0.02. However, it looks like I'll go around at least one more time...

This one is easy: they were supplied to me with the understanding that
their comments would end up in the FAQ. I am justified to give their
words away because that was our understanding. I am not justified to
sell their words because that was not part of their bargain, and it is
immoral for me to profit without compensating the authors in turn.

Here is another way to look at it. The original authors did not surrender
their copyrights when they allowed their comments to go into my FAQ. They
simply licensed to me the right to reproduce their words *at* *no* *cost*
to the general public. For me to now sell their words would directly
violate their copyrights and our agreement.
