I don't really care if someone makes a profit from the FAQ, I just don't
want some poor schmuck to buy something that they could have gotten for
free. I also don't want someone misquoting the FAQ to prove a point (that
is not supported by the FAQ).

I'd like to know about redistribution to pet my ego.
