I'd like to include your FAQ in a manual that will go with a CD-ROM
that I'm putting together for SRI International (Iit will be
distributed by Prentice Hall). I'd like to include the whole FAQ if
I have enough space. I didn't see any restrictions on doing this in
the FAQ, but I wanted to make sure that it was okay with you before I
proceed. Thanks.

I have turned down a couple of requests to have stuff reprinted in
various forms. You had best to be sure that there are enough sticky
copyrights on your FAQ so that "traditional" usenet means are used to
carry them further, but not so much that vultures won't swoop down and
add you to their undifferentiated pile of stuff.

(ps I have comments on the review copy of Bulletin Boards and Beyond
that you sent, would it be reasonable for me to mail you back a marked
