Unfortunately, I don't think that there is. What I would like to see in
a hypertext system is that in addition to explicit links, implicit links
can be defined for words and phrases. If a hypertext document does not
define an implicit link for a word or phrase, it defaults to a dictionary
entry for the word that was clicked on. Implicit links would not be
underlined.
