notice, however, that we don't have a very good way for people to
maneuver through cyberspace based on their *interests*. look at all the
premier technology, and how tedious it is to find good information:
i find that wais searches on the list of frequently asked questions is
just about perfect for looking for things as long as they are not too
common - use the wais source 'usenet.src'.
(of course it's running on rtfm.mit.edu which means it may be slow
every once in a while, and wais is by no means perfect, but it is
mucho faster than many other tools and seems to get really good hits
on this sort of collection.)
