Changed my mind: The CD-ROM should get explict permission

I have changed my mind thanks to a chance (sort of) meeting
with Mary Ann (from U. Chicago) in Philadelphia
last weekend. (We both happen to show up at the same
party).

I think the makers of CD-ROMs should get explicit permission
from each author before they include the author's FAQ.

The email could be automatically generated by a simple perl script.
No response should be interpreted as a "no, do not publish".

This is not about profit, it is about ownership of the document.

Yes I live in New Jersey, work in New Jersey, and love New Jersey. "Exit 15, why do you ask?"
