I'm speaking as probably one of the "silent majority" (ha! there isn't
any such thing, of course).

I have no idea if my FAQ is included. I don't really care. It would
be nice (OK, _really_ nice) if they had asked first. I was ignoring
the issue. Now that it's come up, I would like someone (else, of
course!) to come up with a standard Copyright/distribution statement.
I will be happy to include it, almost certainly unmodified.

There. I think I've said it in only five lines. Any takers on a
draft statement?
