CDROM FAQ .. I got this mail some time ago

I got this piece of E-mail back on February 7, asking for permission
for publishing my FAQ files. I take it that others did not get this mail.
I was going to echo this to this list or the faq-maintainers list, and
ask the "powers-that-be" on what should be done on this, if anything.

I never responded AT ALL. As I don't have FTP access I can't check out
the README that others have been talking about.
My FAQ files do not contain a copyright message on the FAQ itself, just a
disclaimer, use as-is, your mileage may vary, I'm not liable, ect...

Here is the full text and headers that I got on this mail. Is this the
same outfit that others have been talking about?
