So are you planning to sue UUNET, Netcom, MCS and other commercial Internet
providers, too? They certainly charge for access to the Internet (of which
your FAQ is part of, as it is part of an FAQ collection on a CD-ROM).

Yes, there should be some rules for including FAQs on CD-ROM. But provided
that the company follows those rules and behvaes "well", look at it this
way:

- Your FAQ helps people who would not otherwise see it
- You get a free CD out of the deal
- The CD-ROM company may also provide an FTP mirror site (Walnut
Creek does) to improve access on the net
- You get additional fame (maybe not so much fortune...) :)
