I simply forward instead of replying, pull the "(fwd)" from the subject
line, and edit a tiny bit to reflect whom I am responding to, unless it is
a private reply.
I've found it simpler than replying, actually.
(Timo, how come your stuff doesn't pipe through more in Elm and most everyone
else's does? Nevermind, minor thing.)
