Tbe ambers concurred in the suggestion of General Cabell, who was then presiding, that the feasibility of consolidating SIRG and ARC should new be studied. It was agreed that the CIA Coordination Staff, in consultation with tha chairmen of these two cooarlttees and representatives of interested Board agencies or other elesBnts of the cownity, as appropriate, would submit possible terms of referenceonsolidated committee for Board consideration at an early date.
