1. There have been no further North Korean statements concerning the Pueblo, aod intercepted North Korean messages bave contained no ne* information on tbe location or condition of captured US personnel.
President Pak Chong-hul is very likely under increasing pressure from within his regime to take some retaliatory action against the North Koreans following the attempt on bis life Monday. South Korean casualties resulting from this Incident and subsequent operations thus far total about seventeen killed and twenty-seven wounded.
5. Peking has continued to remain silent on the capture of the Pueblo and Is similarly ignoring the North Korean attack two days ago on the South Korean presidential residence.
