Afterours of bargaining with Premier Pinkow-ski, union leader Walesa stated early this morning that the union hodvictory.- Walesa said Pinkowski agreed toeversal of last week's courtlimiting the union's independence from theParty and restricting its right to strike. The union also won the right to address the nation in an uncensored television broadcast. The negotiators failed to agree on the languageommunique, but Walesa said the two sides "understood each other quite well."
