4. The Employee further agrees:
(a) To subscribe freely and without reservation to any Oath of Offiou proscribed by the Government.

Residence Relationship
To keep forever secret this employment endwhich he may obtain by reasonreleased in writing by theith full knowledge thatsuch secrecy may subject him to criminal prosecution
under the Articles of War, the Espionage Acts amended, and other applicable laws and regulations.
5* This employment may be terminated by the Government upon
notice to tho Employoo, but such termination shall
not release tho Employee from the provisions ofb) hereof.
6. (a) All factual disputes arising horeunder shall be decided by the Contracting Officer, subject to written appoel within thirty (SO) days by the Employoe to the imacdiatc superior of the Contracting Officer; the Employee meantime shall diligently proceod with the performance of his duties hereunder.
(b) Wherever the term "Contracting Officer" is used in this agreement, lt shall include the present Contracting Officer and all successors in office.
IN WITHESS WHEREOF, the Government and the Employee have caused this agreement to be signed and seeled, intending to be legally bound thereby.
