1. The Acting Chief of the Czechoslovak Politioal Intelligence Service (OBZ) in the Ministry for the Interior, Staff Captain POKDRNT, who succeeded General BARTIK following theismissal, is alleged to have falsified records and documents collected in the interrogation of 'Earl Hermann FRANK* General BARTIK had been given the right to carry on the entireof Karl Hermann FRANK, however, following his dismissal the documents were allegedly tampered with to Incriminate politioal enemies of the Communists.
Z. It was reported in April that the National Socialist Minister for Justice, Dr. DRTINA, had raised this issue lo the provisional government and thusight between the Communist and non-Communist parties.
