It was not believed necessary that DTROEALO advise Heaiquarters of there Messages unless sooethinj unusual was reported,

3. Crow Members: It was brought out and discussed that the crew members who aro DTJ10BAL0 contract guards, with the exception of one man, are not seamen and have had no such training or experience, and that this would be remenlwred end taken into consideration when handling then aboard ship.

Provisions; It was understood that ample provisions for the voyage were bein^ stocked and would be stocked aboard. It was agreed that there would be no whiskey, wine or beer put aboard and that such personal items as cigarettes, cigars, magazines and games would not be furnished for the voyage. Further, that no intoxicants would be brought aboard by anyone,

Photography: This point was discussed and it was stated by SILLKNCE that the gentlemen fron Headquarters had the necessary phdtographicand that photographs taken aboard the ship would be controlled and tho official photographs taken would be turned in to PTRQ3AL0 for forwarding

to Headquarters. Ho unauthorized photography will be permitted on tho trip.

Haps arid Charts: It was agreod that all maps and charts available at DTROSALO will be pUced aboard the ship and that through DTRCQALOfacilities all naps and charts requested by Headquarters and/or SILLEHCE will be procured to the degree possible,

Reconnoiter: This phrase and exactly how it would be construed was discussed inhother it would be interpreted to re anaround an island by ship or going ashore with men to foot-reconnoiter any given island. The decision was left to the Captain of the ship based upon the instructions he received from Oliver G. GALSJOND.
