A meeting vaa held ln Mr. Wienerffice. Preaent were Messrs. Wiener, Tofte and King.

r- Wiener stated that both Gen. Cabell and Mr. Dalles had read the Guatemalan plan for action and hadeeting Is scheduled for discussion of details. ln the Directors office on Fridayeptember.
