(C) equest that youeeting of the Committee on Narcotics Intelligence Issues (CNII) scheduled for Thursday, By thatill have been on board one month as Director of the DCI Crime and Narcotics Center and the meeting will be an excellent opportunity to meet many of you. Included on the agenda willetailed discussion of the planned National Drug Threatffort Me will also review the progress onindings of the Olobal Heroin Threat Assessment which should be published at year's end. Lastly, we will outline the newly inaugurated Counterdrug Intelligence Architecture. (Agenda attached)
