It's amazing that these giant pyramids were built almost 4600 years ago. It would be amazing to see them in person and compare their enormity with pictures published of them. What is even more amazing is the capabilities of the Egyptians in building the pyramids with none of the modern day tools.

The Great Wall of China is the travel icon of China. A myth has circulated that the Great Wall is so big and long that you could see if from the moon. However, that has never been proven. Just to be able to see something so historical in person should be at the top of everyone's to do list.

The Great Barrier Reef is home to over 1500 types of fishes and 200 species of birds. A visit would be topped with the amazing sights of whales, dolphins and sea turtles in person. This would definitely have to be at the top of a marine lover's list to do.

Larger than Europe, the Amazon rainforest is filled with many exotic plants and animals that we would never have an opportunity to see unless we visited. The Amazon River is over 3900 miles long, which would be another remarkable sight.
