Many cultures have delicacy foods that many people in the U.S. find disgusting. Of course, the opposite is also true. It is hard to rate many of these because of just how awful many of these sound to me.

Chinese delicacy. They are duck eggs that are covered in straw and stored underground for six months (the traditional recipe has them soaked in horses’ urine before burial). The yolk becomes green, and the white becomes jelly. I think I would pass on these.

Phillipines primarily. A duck egg (again), but in this case has a fairly well developed duck embryo in it when the egg is boiled.

Wine that includes dead animals in the fermentation process really does not sound promising. Another one I'd rather pass on.

From Asia. Butter made from the fermented milk of Yak. Really makes me feel queezy to think about it. You have to have a strong stomach for this "delicacy"
