Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 5, 2013, Diamond Offshore Drilling, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of such press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
