Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On February 5, 2013, Avaya Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for fiscal first quarter 2013 ended December 31, 2012. The full text of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1. As previously announced, the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results at 5:00 p.m. EST on February 5, 2013. A copy of the presentation materials to be referenced in the conference call is furnished as Exhibit 99.2 and will be available on the Company’s investor relations website at http://investors.avaya.com.
