ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On January 31, 2013, Farmers National Banc Corp. (the “Company”) announced earnings for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release and certain financial information for these periods is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated by reference herein. In addition, on February 1, 2013, the Company mailed a letter to shareholders regarding its quarter and year-end financial results, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2
