On January 28, 2013, the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors (the “Committee”) of Edgewater Technology, Inc. (the “Company”) adopted and approved changes to the existing compensation arrangements for the Company’s named executive officers.
The Committee approved an increase to the annual base salary compensation level, effective January 1, 2013, for Shirley Singleton, the Company’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer (to $425,000 from $400,000), David Clancey, the Company’s Chief Technology Officer and Chief Strategy Officer (to $375,000 from $350,000), Robin Ranzal-Knowles, the President of Edgewater Technology-Ranzal, Inc. (to $350,000 from $300,000), Timothy R. Oakes, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer (to $300,000 from $250,000) and Kristin Zaepfel, the Company’s Vice President, Human Resources (to $200,000 from $175,000).
