On January 29, 2013, Revlon, Inc. (“Revlon”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that Revlon Consumer Products Corporation, Revlon’s wholly-owned operating subsidiary (“RCPC”), commenced an offer to purchase for cash any and all of RCPC's 9¾% Senior Secured Notes due 2015.
