Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 23, 2013, Greenhill & Co., Inc. (“Greenhill” or the “Firm”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and full year ended December 31, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
