On January 22, 2013, ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners, L.P. announced they will release their fourth-quarter and year-end 2012 earnings after the market closes on February 25, 2013, and will hold a joint conference call and live webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (10 a.m. Central Standard Time) Tuesday, February 26, 2013. The call will also be carried live on the ONEOK and ONEOK Partners websites. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
