On January 23, 2013, Blueknight Energy Partners, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that on February 14, 2013 it will pay quarterly distributions of $0.1150 per common unit, a 2.2% increase over the previous quarter's distribution, and $0.17875 per preferred unit to its common and preferred unitholders of record as of the close of business on February 4, 2013. A copy of the Press Release is furnished as an exhibit to this Current Report.
